Unless otherwise stated in the rates or offers, our standard method of redemption is to issue a voucher whose value corresponds to the amount of the refund.
Utilization
The voucher can be used for a future booking subject to availability and the new booking must be equal to or greater than the original booking
For example, if the voucher refers to a booking with a value of € 500.00, the new booking where the voucher can be used must have an amount equal to or greater than € 500.00, but cannot be € 499, as it is lower.
Duration
You can use the voucher within our booking systems that accept vouchers within 12 months from the date of issue of the voucher.
Cession
Vouchers can be transferred to other people by paying a 1 % fee on each transfer, subject to a minimum fee of € 20.
Conversion
The voucher can be refunded for cash within one year of receiving the refundable voucher. A fee of 2,3 % is applied for the conversion, subject to a minimum fee of € 60.
